摘要
基于SOA(面向服务的架构)理论体系,结合土地与矿业权网上交易业务进行分析,综合运用分布式地理信息技术,集成服务型地理信息平台网络化地图服务资源,设计了土地与矿业权网上交易全生命周期监测监管的空间决策模型,并开发相应系统。实践证明,采用SOA理念进行监测监管空间决策系统建设是可行且合理的,能有效提升广东土地与矿业权网上交易的监管水平。
Based on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) theoretical system, combined with the land and mineral rights online trading services for analysis, applied the distribution geographic information technology, integrated service-oriented platform for network geographic information service resources, this paper presents a spatial decision support models for supervision of land and mineral rights online transaction platform. Practice has proved that the use of the concept of SOA space monitoring Supervision decision support system is feasible and reasonable construction, and it can effectively improve the level of supervision of land and mineral rights in Guangdong online transactions.
