摘要
目的构建一套科学、全面、客观的能够合理评价医院消毒供应中心培训基地的培训评价指标体系。方法运用德尔菲法对来自医院消毒供应中心、医院感染管理、护理管理领域的23名专家进行两轮问卷函询,以专家对各指标重要性赋值的变异系数<0.25为指标筛选标准,确定指标内涵,采用层次分析法计算指标权重并进行一致性检验。结果两轮专家问卷回收率为100%,专家对一级、二级、三级指标意见的协调系数分别为0.353、0.462、0.696(P<0.01)。最终确立的消毒供应中心培训基地培训评价指标体系包括4个一级指标,11个二级指标,38个三级指标,明确了各指标的权重值以及三级指标的指标内涵。结论本研究专家意见集中,建立的医院消毒供应中心培训基地培训评价指标体系顺应消毒供应培训的需求,对促进消毒供应中心培训建设、提高消毒供应服务队伍的素质有着重要的意义。
Objective To establish an evaluation index system that is scientific,comprehensive,objective,combining qualitative and quantitative methods,which can reasonably evaluate the training base of central sterile supply department and its training effects. Methods Two rounds of questionnaire consultation with 23 experts from related fields were carried out using Delphi method to screen and determine the evaluation index of the staff training in central sterile supply department. The index of which variation coefficient was more than 0.25 would be deleted, and according to the experts' advices,the evaluation index would finally be determined. Results The effective re- covery rate of two rounds of questionnaire consultation was 100% ,and the coordination coefficients of first-class, second-class,and third-class indexes were 0.353,0.462,0.696,respectively. Finally the training evaluation index sys- tem of central sterile supply department was established,consisting of 4 first-class indexes,11 second-class indexes and 38 third-class indexes. Conclusion The established training evaluation index system is consistent with the requirements of the staff training of central sterile supply department,which has far-reaching significance to ensure the quality of staff training in central sterile supply department,and to enhance the quality of the entire sterile supply service team.
