显微血管减压术治疗舌咽神经痛22例 被引量：1

摘要 我们对经枕下乙状窦后入路行显微血管减压术（MVD）治疗舌咽神经痛（GPN）22的疗效进行观察，平均随访2年，现报道如下。 一、资料与方法 1．一般资料：2007年11月至2014年5月，22例接受MVD治疗的GPN患者。其中男13例，女9例；年龄38～71岁，中位年龄60岁；左侧12例，右侧10例；病程0．1～11．0年，病程中位时间为2．5年。所有患者术前都常规行影像学检查排除继发性GPN。
