多效唑和膨大素组合对怀地黄叶片生理特性的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Active Ingredients After PP_(333) and CPPU on Physiological Characters of Rehmannia glutinosaf.Hueichingensis(Chan et Sehih)Hsiao Plantlet

摘要 以怀地黄叶片为试材,在怀地黄块茎膨大期用PP333200.0mg/L和CPPU 0、0.667、1.333、2.000mg/L喷施怀地黄植株,于7、8和9月采取怀地黄叶片,测定叶片光合色素含量、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量。结果表明:PP333和CPPU处理后提高了怀地黄叶片中叶绿素总含量及叶绿素a/b值,对类胡萝卜素含量影响不明显。各处理怀地黄叶片的可溶性糖含量随着生长期的推进逐渐增加,PP333浓度为200.0mg/L时,随着CPPU处理浓度的增加可溶性糖含量呈现先增加后降低的趋势。7月CPPU 0.667mg/L有最大值为47.13mg/g;8、9月均在CPPU 1.333mg/L时有最大值,分别为61.61、110.26mg/g。怀地黄植株叶片中可溶性蛋白质含量随着生长期的推进呈现先增加后降低的趋势。在同一生长时期,各处理的可溶性蛋白质含量均比对照高。7月随着CPPU处理浓度的增加可溶性蛋白质含量呈现逐渐增加的趋势,CPPU 2.000mg/L时有最大值为3.22mg/g;8、9月随着CPPU处理浓度的增加可溶性蛋白质含量呈现先增加后降低的趋势,均在CPPU1.333mg/L时有最大值,分别为6.49、6.53mg/g。对照和各处理的POD活性和SOD活性随着生长期的推进均呈现先升高后降低的趋势。在同一生长时期,各处理与对照相比POD和SOD均有所增加。随着CPPU处理浓度的增加,POD活性在7月先升高后降低,在CPPU 1.333mg/L有最大值,为27.50U·g-1·min-1;8、9月POD活性逐渐升高,在CPPU 2.000mg/L时有最大值,分别为33.33、30.83U·g-1·min-1。SOD活性随着CPPU处理浓度的增加均呈现逐渐增加的趋势,7、8、9月均在CPPU 2.000mg/L时有最大值,分别为138.86、148.00、138.10U/g。总之,PP333和CPPU组合处理提高了怀地黄的光合色素、POD和SOD活性及可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质等的含量,改善了植物一系列的生理生化指标。 The leaves of Rehmannia glutinosaf.Hueichingensis(Chan et Sehih)Hsiao were used as experimental material in this study.During the expansion period of microtuber,PP333,and CPPU were sprayed onto the plants at independent variables.The content of photosynthetic pigment,peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),soluble sugar,and soluble protein were measured on in leaf samples collected on July,August,and September,changes of these physiological indexes were studied to lay the theoretical foundation for high-yield and high-quality production of Rehmanniaglutinosa f.hueichingensis(Chan et Sehih)Hsiao.The results showed that,the PP333 and CPPU treatment increased the content of total chlorophyll content and the chlorophyll a/b value in leaves but didn't show obvious effect on the content of carotenoid.In the leaves of all treatments,the content of soluble sugar increased with the progress of plant growth.When the concentration of PP333 was 200 mg/L,the content of soluble sugar increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of CPPU concentration.In July,the content of soluble sugar reached the maximum value of 47.13mg/g when the CPPU was at 0.667mg/L;in August and September,the content of soluble sugar reached the maximum values of61.61mg/g and 110.26mg/g,respectively,when the CPPU was at 1.333mg/L.The content of soluble protein in the leaves increased firstly and then decreased with plant growth.In the same growth period,the soluble protein content in each treatment was higher than that in the control group.In July,the content of soluble protein showed a trend of increasing with the increase of the concentration of CPPU treatment,and reached the maximum value of 3.22mg/g when CPPU was at 2.000mg/L;in August and September,the soluble protein content showed a trend of firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of CPPU,when CPPU was at 1.333mg/L,the soluble protein reached the maximum values of 6.49 and 6.53mg/g,respectively.In all control and treatment groups,the POD and SOD activities showed a trend of firstly increasing and then decreasing.In the same growth period,both the SOD and POD activities were higher in treatment groups than control groups.With the increase of the CPPU treatment,the POD activity on July increased firstly and then decreased,and showed a maximum value of 27.50U·g^-1·min^-1 when CPPU was at 1.333mg/L;in August and September,the POD activity increased with the increase of CPPU treatment,and showed maximum values of,33.33 and 30.83U·g^-1·min^-1 respectively.The SOD activities increased with the increase of CPPU treatment,and the maximum value was 138.86,148.00 and 138.10 U/g,respectively,in July,August and September.In summary,the combination of PP333 and CPPU treatment improved a series of physiological and biochemical indexes in Rehmannia glutinosaf.hueichingensis(Chan et Sehih)Hsiao,such as the photosynthetic pigment content,the POD and SOD activities,the contents of soluble sugar,and the soluble protein content.
