摘要
CAN总线作为一种串行、多主数据通信总线,因其良好的可靠性和实时性被越来越多地应用于工业控制领域。针对电能质量监测的数据通信需求,对电能质量监测系统中下位机与上位机之间CAN通信的策略进行研究。给出了传输规则、CAN/Device Net协议的制定方法和下位机通信接口硬件及软件的设计。试验证明,CAN通信方式稳定可靠,电能质量参数的传输效率得到了提高。
As a serial multi-master communication bus,CAN bus is more and more applied to industrial control field because of its good reliability and real-time performance.The CAN communication strategy between upper computer and lower computer in the power quality monitoring system was studied for the data communication requirements of electric power quality monitoring.The rule of data transportation,formulation method of CAN /DeviceNet protocol,hardware design and software design of CAN communication interface were given.The test shows the communication is stabilized,and the transmission efficiency of power quality parameter is improved.
