摘要
总结了56例自胸膜腔内注入大剂量自体血治疗难治性气胸患者的关键性护理方法,主要包括术前有效的心理护理、术中密切的护理配合、术后及时变换体位和胸腔闭式引流护理,认为大剂量自体血治疗难治性气胸术前、术中、术后的关键性护理对手术的成败和治疗效果起决定性作用。
This paper summarizes the critical care of 56 intractable pneumothorax patients treated by high-dose therapy with autologous blood.The key points in nursing are preoperative psychological nursing, postoperative effective cooperation, close postoperative nursing timely changing position and closed thoracic drainage nursing.The high-dose therapy with autologous blood intractable pneumothorax good efficacy, preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative critical care and treatment for the success of surgery play a decisive role.
