摘要
针对VHF频段大功率宽带带通滤波器设计中的问题,提出了一种梳状线滤波器设计的新方法——强加载电感耦合法。内导体采用T型带下拉结构,实现腔体小型化;合理布局腔体空间,实现了大功率的需要;内导体之间用导线连接,实现腔间强磁耦合达到相对带宽19%的要求;基于部分模型与整体模型相结合的方法,通过HFSS(高频电磁仿真软件)建模进行了仿真和优化设计。论述了该滤波器的实现方式,并给出了测试结果,验证了该设计方法思路正确,设计效率较高。
In view of the problems in wideband and high-power band-pass filter design,a novel design method of comb line filter is put forward, named as strong loading and inductive coupling method.In this method, The T-type structure of the resonator rods is used to implement the miniaturization design of resonator, the cavity space is distributed reasonably to meet the requirement of high power, and two adjacent resonator rods are connected with leads to meet the requirement of 19% bandwidth for inter-cavity magnetic coupling. Based on the method of combining sub-part model and overall model,the simulation and optimization design of a band-pass filter are performed by HFSS modeling.Finally ,this paper describes the implement method of this filter and presents the test results.The results show that this design has correct idea and high efficiency.
