摘要
目的探究布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎患者的疗效及其对血清降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)影响。方法将2013年3月至2014年6月期间治疗的140例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿纳入本次研究,并随机均衡分为研究组与对照组,各70例。对照组行雾化吸入及常规抗感染治疗,若患儿存在缺氧症状,则应及时进行吸氧支持。研究组行常规抗感染基础治疗的同时,给予布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,疗程持续1周。观察两组患儿治疗后临床症状和体征情况、疗效,以及血清PCT、hs-CRP水平。结果治疗组患儿咳嗽、肺部湿啰音及气喘消失时间、体温恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率(88.57%)显著高于对照组总有效率(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿PCT、hs-CRP水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患儿PCT、hs-CRP水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后研究组血清PCT、hs-CRP水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效显著,有效缓解机体内炎症反应,可在临床小儿毛细支气管炎治疗中加以应用。
Objective To explore the effect of atomized inhalation of Budesonide combined with Combivent in treatment of infantile capil-lary bronchitis and the influence on serum levels of PCT and hs - CRP. Methods A total of 140 patients with infantile capillary bronchitis during March 2013 to June 2014 in this hospital were included in this study,and they were divided into trial group and control group,each with 70 cases. Patients in control group were given with atomized inhalation and routine anti - infection treatment,if there was existence of oxygen deficit in chil-dren,oxygen support should be timely given;and patients in trial group were given with fudamental routine anti - infection treatment,at the same time,atomized inhalation of Budesonide could be applied,and the treatment sustained for 1 week. The clinical curative effect and laboratory inde-xes of these 2 groups were observed. Results The time for disappearance of coughing,lung rales,asthma disappeared time,the time for body temperature returned to normal in trial group were shorter than those of control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). The total effective rate in trial group(88. 57% )was significantly higher than that of control group(71. 43% ),and the difference was statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 05). There was no significant difference in serum levels of PCT and hs - CRP before treatment between these two groups( P ﹥ 0. 05),after treatment serum levels of PCT and hs - CRP in these two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment( P ﹤ 0. 05),and the serum levels of PCT and hs -CRP after treatment in trial group were significantly lower than those of control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The curative effect of atomized inhalation of Budesonide combined with Combivent in treatment of patients with infantile capillary bronchitis is distinct,it can effectively alleviate the inflammation in patients,hence it is worthy to be clinically applied in treatment of patients with infantile capillary bronchitis.
