摘要
文中分析了一起典型的气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备悬浮放电缺陷。通过局部放电特高频检测确定了故障位置,根据信号特征判断缺陷类型为悬浮放电。经解体检查,发现隔离开关动触头U型座套与绝缘拉杆之间的连接销钉位置存在明显放电痕迹,销钉尺寸不满足设计要求。销钉与U型座的在隔离开关分闸状态下,由于配合不当造成连接不良,形成了悬浮电位。
A typical floating discharge defect in GIS disconnecting switch was analyzed. UHF detection method of partial discharge was adopted to locate the defect position, and the type of the defect was judged to be floating discharge according to the feature of UHF signal. Disassembly inspection showed apparent imprint of discharge at the position of connecting pin of the moving contact and insulating rod. Because the size of pin didn't meet the design demand, insufficient connection of the moving contact and pin resulted in the floating discharge in the open state of the disconnectin switch.
