经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果 被引量：12

摘要 目的评估经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法对112例单纯性腰椎间盘突出症患者行经皮椎间孔镜治疗,采用VAS疼痛评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分和MacNab标准评价患者术后疗效。结果 112例患者均获得随访6-21个月。术后3个月、6个月的VAS疼痛评分和ODI评分均较术前降低[(3.4±1.9)分、(2.5±2.1)分vs.(7.9±2.1)分和(24.7±16.5)分、(13.8±9.6)分vs.(69.8±27.2)分](P<0.01)。术后6个月MacNab标准评定优良率为90.2%。结论经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有创伤小、并发症少、术后恢复快等优点,近期疗效可靠,且极大程度避免了对腰椎稳定性的破坏。
