摘要
当代中国社会秩序的道德调整方式正从"以德治国"到道德治理的路径演进,其内在遵循着权力重心自上而下到自下而上的变迁,其现实客观依据是当代中国社会加速转型的内生性需要。作为西方现代治理理论在伦理或道德领域的应用与拓展,中国传统"礼治"文化的回归与复兴,传统"以德治国"理念的现代性超越,以及新中国道德建设的新方式与手段,道德治理是现代整体治理体系的重要组成部分,对于国家治理能力现代化的提升与和谐社会构建具有重要现实意义。
The adjustment form of contemporary Chinese social order and moral is experiencing from the ＂ Rule of Virtue＂ to the path of moral evolution of governance,its inherent powers to follow the focus from top--down to bottom--up changes,and its main objective is based on the reality of contemporary Chinese society accelerate the transformation and equality, democracy, freedom concept calls and Guidance. As the traditional ＂rule of virtue＂ concept of the modern transformation and governance theory in modern Western ethical or moral fields of application and expansion of the overall governance of modern moral governance is an important part of the system, for the construction of a harmonious society has important practical significance. Meanwhile, ethical governance functions into full play depend on the corresponding build democratic institutions and the formation of a wide range of modern cultural psychology.
