摘要 介绍了火电厂电动给水泵节能改造的方案,分析了给水泵变频控制节能的原理、优点,针对生产的实际工况,对设备选型和改造方案进行了具体设计。应用结果表明,该方案达到了设计要求,给水泵液力耦合器调速改成高压变频调速不仅可行,而且必要。变频改造后,可以延长设备寿命,降低厂用电率,具有明显的经济效益、社会效益,为同类电厂节能改造提供了参考。 The energy saving reform of motor-driven feed water pump in thermal power plant project was introduced, analysed the energy saving principle and advantage of frequency conversion. Based on the actual manufacture status, the equipment selection and alteration project was designed in detail. The results of application show that the method can meet the design requirement, and the hydraulic coupler feed water pump is replaced with variable speed feed water pump, is not only feasible, but also necessary. After frequency conversion transformation, it can prolong the service life of equipment, reduce power consumption rate, and has obvious economic benefit and social benefit. A reference of the change to the heat engine plant in the same condition was provided.
