摘要
针对进入冷库贮藏后再销售的进境动物产品及经过简单物理分割包装销售的进境动物产品,仓储企业在向当地动物卫生监督机构申报检疫时,被告知因没有检疫权限,不予检疫出证;向口岸出入境检验检疫机构申报重新检疫,又被告知检疫后的进境动物产品不再检疫。因此,应当完善我国进境动物产品全流程的监管,填补监管空白,作者提出相关的建议,供商榷。
Considering the awkward fact that when the storage enterprises declared quarantine inspection for distribution of the refrigerated or simply physically cut and packed imported animal products, they were informed by the official veterinarians of the local animal health supervision institutions that they couldn＇t issue the Quarantine Certification fo r they had not been authorized to do so, and when the storage enterprises turned to the port Exit-Entry Quarantine and Inspection Bureau for quarantine inspection, they were told again that re-quarantine was not necessary, some related proposals were put forward to improve the management of the imported animal products and to fill the supervision blanks for consultation.
