摘要
目的:探讨对反流性食管炎患者采用半夏泻心汤加减与雷贝拉唑联合治疗的临床效果。方法:随机收集我院于2011年3月-2012年2月收治的反流性食管炎患者64例,分为观察组(雷贝拉唑的基础联合中药半夏泻心汤治疗)与对照组(雷贝拉唑治疗),各32例。结果:观察组的总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的75.00%;观察组的治疗后各项症状积分均显著低于对照组;观察组的复发率为12.50%,显著低于对照组的37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减与雷贝拉唑联合治疗,能有效改善患者的临床症状,且能有效减少术后复发,值得推广。
Objective： To discuss clinical efficacy of the Banxia Xiexin decoction plus Rabeprazole on the reflux esophagitis. Methods： In our hospital from March 2011 to February 2012, 64 cases of reflux esophagitis were divided into the observation group（32 cases） and the control group（32 cases）. Results： The efficiency in the observation group（93.75%） was obviously higher than that in the control group（75.00%）; after treatment the symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group; the recurrence in the observation group（12.50%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（37.50%）, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating reflux esophagitis with the Banxia Xiexin decoction plus Rabeprazole can receive a good effect, is worthy of promotion.
