一步法甲醇制汽油催化剂改性研究

摘要 对一步法甲醇制汽油催化剂进行元素改性研究,分别在ZSM-5分子筛上负载Zn、Ag、P、La 4种元素,并测定元素及其含量对分子筛表面结构和酸性质的影响。结果表明,Zn、Ag元素能够引入脱氢活性中心,使汽油产品收率相应提升,同时反应产物中芳烃含量及油品辛烷值增加,产品性质得以改善。而经P、La元素改性后,汽油产量与性质提升,改性效果较为理想。 Research was made to element modification of one-step methanol to gasoline catalyst,the four elements of Ag,La,P,Zn was respectively loaded onto ZSM-5 molecular sieve,and the effects of these elements and their contents in thesurface structure and acid property were determined. The result showed that Zn and AG elements can be introduced intohydrogen active site,boost gasoline product yield,increase aromatic content in reaction product and oil product octanenumber,and improve product property. After modification by P and La,gasoline production and property were boosted,themodification effect was ideal.
