X射线微焦源束流控制电源的设计

摘要 设计了一种应用于X射线微焦源束流控制的独立可调直流电源.前置电源采用串联型稳压电路.主电路由芯片TL494提供推挽PWM脉冲驱动IGBT来实现半桥逆变.逆变输出电压通过特制高频逆变变压器升压至大于3000V交流,通过整流滤波最终实现3000V直流输出.通过调节串联在主电路中的功率晶体管来改变输出电压的大小,同时通过反馈系统确保输出电压的稳定.其中高频逆变变压器既拥有高压变压器的绝缘水平,又能有高频变压器的优良高频性能. This independent adjustable DC power supply was designed to control the electron beam of the Micro- focus X-ray source. The front power supply used a basic series-pass regulater. The main circuit used a half-bridge inverter with two IGBTs which were driven by a certain chip TL494. The output voltage of the inverter was boosted to 〉AC3000V through a special high-frequency inverter transformer. Then the AC voltage was rectified and finally exported a DC3000V. The output voltage was changed by adjusting the power transistor which is connected in series with the main circuit. Meanwhile, the feedback system could make sure a stable output voltage. The high-frequency inverter transformer was designed in the insulation level of a high-voltage transformer, at the same time, it has the good high-frequency performance of a high-frequency transformer.
