摘要
本文对国家标准化指导性技术文件GB/Z 22553-2010:《利用重复性、再现性和正确度的估计值评估测量不确定度的指南》进行了探讨,分析了其中存在的问题,提出了不确定度连续传递模型这一较新的数据处理方法.分别用不确定度连续传递模型和GB/Z 22553-2010中的处理方法对实测数据进行了处理并比较了结果,结果表明不确定度连续传递模型所得结果更为合理.
The national standardization guiding technical document GB/Z 22553-2010:Guidance for the use of repeatability, reproducibility and trueness estimates in measurement uncertainty estimation was discussed in this paper, analyzed the existing problems,and puts forward a new data processing method:continuous propagation model of uncertainty.Continuous propagation model of uncertainty and the processing method of GB/Z 22553-2010 are compared with the measured data.Results show that the continuous propagation model of uncertainty is more reasonable.
