摘要
旨在统一可吸附有机卤素测定仪的校准方法,本文从仪器的工作原理及结构入手,对可吸附有机卤素测定仪提出了测量线性、示值误差、测量重复性等性能评价参数,基本符合仪器的设计性能及实际工作要求.并利用田口指数对示值误差测量不确定度进行了质量评估,校准方法科学合理且可操作性强,有力保证了测量数据的准确性,对技术机构开展该类仪器的校准及期间核查提供了参考.
For uniting the calibration method of adsorbable organic halogen tester, based on the working principle and structure of the instrument, this paper proposed performance evaluation parameters including measuring linearity, indication error, measuring reproducibility and quality evaluation on the measurement uncertainty of indication error by the Taguchi index, which meet the design requirements and the actual work of the instrument. The calibration method could effectively ensure the accuracy and traceability of the measurement data and provide some guidance on the measurement of calibration for technical institutions and intermediate check which could guarantee the accuracy of measurement data .
