摘要
MBI量表常用来测量群体的职业倦怠情况,但它无助于对个体的职业倦怠进行理解性解释。应用"关键事件法"对幼儿教师自陈的教育事件分析,可以看到幼儿教师职业倦怠存在群体性和低成就感突出的特点。根据群体动力理论,幼儿教师职业倦怠这一心理行为很大程度上源于其工作环境的特点,据此可以从幼儿教师自身、社会环境和幼儿园环境等方面入手以纾解幼儿教师的职业倦怠问题。
The burnout of kindergarten teachers is different from the counterpart of the primary schools in that it shows more group character. We can see that difference with critical incident technique.According to the field dynamic theory, the burnout of kindergarten teachers is mainly due to the factor of teachers' work filed. So we can solve the problem from the perspectives of social environment and the kindergarten environment as well as the teachers themselves.
