摘要
以驱动汽车的磷酸铁锂电池作为研究对象,对磷酸铁锂电池组的模拟数据侦测处理、三段式硬件平衡电路、多芯电池组的SOC凸优化算法、动态平衡,故障诊断、系统间通信进行讨论,每段电路采用菊花链通信,级联方式进行电池管理拓展。通过底层采集数据,中间层处理数据,用户层负责显示状态故障等,建立三级管理系统。
The 3-class of LiFePO4 battery for electric vehicle was studied. The simulated data was detected and processed. The 3-section hardware circuit was proposed to balance charging and discharging. The daisy chain was utilized to each communication and cascade connection was used to extend the battery group. The SOC was estimated and corrected by convex optimization. The data was collected from the lower class, processed by the middle class, and monitors condition was displayed through Interface class, then 3-class management system was built.
