摘要
直面当今大学生群体的成长困惑体现了新时期人才培养的与时俱进。为使大学生应对不断变化的社会发展而健康成长,为社会提供多层次、高质量、高素质、高觉悟人才,我们必须保持清醒头脑,对当今大学生成长过程中的诸多困惑与问题进行深层次分析,提出有针对性的解决策略。
It shows keeping pace with the times in the new period that we face up the college students ＇ growth bewilderment. In order that the college students can deal with the changing social development and grow balanced healthily, and therefore we can provide talents of high level, high quality and high consciousness for the social Constrcution, we should keep a clear mind, analyze deeply the various confusion of the college students in their growing process, and we should provide the targeted solution strategy.
