摘要
为了掌握香菇热泵干燥水分变化规律,给香菇热泵干燥设备参数的调整提供理论依据,探讨了不同风温、风速、装载量对香菇干燥特性的影响,同时建立了热泵干燥动力学模型,并应用SPSS软件对实验数据进行拟合。干燥特性试验表明:香菇热泵干燥过程主要分为加速和降速干燥阶段,无明显的恒速干燥阶段;随着干燥风温的升高、风速的增加、装载量的减少,香菇干燥速率加快,干燥时间缩短。经回归拟合,香菇热泵干燥的动力学模型符合Page方程MR=e-rt N,该模型预测值与试验值拟合良好,可以用来描述香菇热泵干燥过程中含水率的变化。
In order to grasp the moisture change rule of the heat pump drying Lentinula edodes, and provide a theoretical foundation for adjustment of device parameters, the drying characteristics of lentinula edodes were in-vestigated under different air temperatures, loadages and wind speeds, and a heat pump drying dynamics model of Lentinula edodes was also established, analyzing all these data with statistics software SPSS. The result showed that the heat pump drying precedure of Lentinula edodes included speed-increasing drying stage and speed-falling drying stage, and had no significant segment of constant speed. The drying time was shortened with the in-crease of air temperature and wind speed and the decrease of loadages. The dynamics model was in line with Page equation MR=e-rtN. The predicted values of the model were nearly consistent with the observed values, and the drying procedure can be exactly described by the model.
