摘要
利用8个玉米单倍体诱导系,按照NCⅡ方法进行杂交组配28个诱导系F1,与6个骨干自交系京724、京92、京X005、昌7-2、郑58和农系531杂交,进行诱导率测验,分析诱导系诱导率的配合力及其遗传特性。结果表明,诱导系JKY044、JKY043、JKY042的一般配合力效应较高,是优良的育种材料。特殊配合力分析表明,3个诱导系组合JKY042/JKY044、JKY005/JKY041、JKY042/JKY046诱导率的特殊配合力效应较高。遗传参数分析表明,诱导率主要以加性效应为主,可通过不断选择来提高诱导率。同时,诱导率的狭义遗传力较高,宜在早代进行选择。
Twenty-eight inducer F1 were obtained by eight haploid inducers crossed using NCⅡdesign. Thetwenty-eight inducer F1 were used as the male parent, and crossed with six inbred lines, Jing724, Jing92, Jing464,Chang7-2, Zheng58, Nongxi531, in Hainan and Beijing. The combining ability of haploid induction rate and geneticparameters were analyzed for the inducers. The results indicated that the general combining ability of JKY044,JKY043, JKY042 was higher. The special combining ability of JKY042/JKY044, JKY005/JKY041, JKY042/JKY046 were outstanding. At the same time, the genetic parameters analysis showed that the haploid induction ratewas mainly affected by additive effects, indicating that induce rate could be accumulated by useful selection. Mean-while, the high narrow heritability of induce rate fitted the early selection.
