硫化氢抗氧化应激与神经保护作用研究现状

摘要 研究发现硫化氢(H2S)在哺乳动物体内广泛存在,低浓度的H2S可以作为一种气态的细胞间信号转导因子在正常生理过程中扮演重要角色,其重要性和一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化碳(CO)一样,具有舒张血管、调节血压等多种生理功能,它的代谢异常与心脑血管疾病密切相关[1-3]。在神经系统,H2S由星形胶质细胞、小胶质细胞和神经元产生并发挥其生理功能,具有内源性抗炎作用和神经保护作用,其功能涉及持续诱导海马、影响大脑发育和调节血压,以及调节一些器官组织的代谢。
