摘要
高职酒店管理专业的毕业生由于技能高、能力强、适应快而长期受用人单位青睐。然而,近年来却出现了酒店业急需酒店管理专业毕业生而毕业生不愿去酒店的人才供需错位现象。本文结合酒店管理专业对口就业率抽样调查分析,对酒店管理专业对口就业率偏低的原因进行了探究,并据此构建起学校主导、企业参与的三练式人才培养模式,以期有效提升酒店管理专业的对口就业率。
The graduates majoring in higher vocational management are usually populer with employers for their high kills,good ability and quick adapation. However, in resent years there has been a phenomenon that these kind of graduates are reluctant to have a job irl a hotelthough they are greatly needed. The paper makes a sampling survey and analysis of the low employment rate of hotel management students and points out that a tri-training talents training mode involving schools leading and enterprises participating should be built, in order to effectively improve the hotel management students'speciality geared employment rate.
