摘要
智能变电站一体化监控系统遵循IEC 61850与制造报文规范实现全站信息的统一建模和数据传输,实现全站信息统一的接入、存储和展示。通过对智能变电站一体化监控系统通信架构的分析,针对现有站控层通信服务接口的实现方案存在一致性和扩展性不足等问题,提出了底层实时通信协议到托管抽象通信服务的封装方法,支持面向对象和跨平台技术特性,减少站控层客户端的研发工作量,为站端监测单元与数据通信网关机等提供高效易用的基础通信服务,并给出了一致性与性能测试结果,验证了方法的正确性和可行性。
The integrated supervision and control system of smart substation implements unified modeling and data transmission of the station information in accordance with IEC 61850 and manufacturing message specification. The system has ability to access, storage and display of whole station information. Based on analysis of station communication architecture, in order to overcome conformance and scalability problems in existing implementation of communication service interface in station layer, an encapsulation method from bottom real-time communication protocol to hosted abstract communication services is proposed. The proposed method supports object-oriented and cross-platform technology, reduces development workload of the clients in station layer, and provides efficient and convenient communication service for data communication gateways and substation side monitoring unit. The results of conformance and performance testing are given to verify the correctness and feasibility of proposed method.
