五苓散加味治疗单纯性肥胖症合并脂代谢异常的临床观察 被引量：10

摘要 目的:观察五苓散加味治疗单纯性肥胖合并脂代谢异常症的临床疗效。方法:本次临床观察选取单纯性肥胖合并脂代谢异常患者辨证为脾虚湿盛型60例,按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,在基础降糖二甲双胍治疗的前提下,治疗组加用五苓散加味治疗,分析两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率76.67%,两组比较具有显著差异性。结论:五苓散加味治疗单纯性肥胖合并脂代谢异常症有较好疗效。
