冠状动脉支架术后内膜异质性检测的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 目前,冠状动脉支架置入术由于创伤小、恢复快、安全性高等优点,已经成为治疗冠心病的重要手段,但术后支架内再狭窄的发生仍是影响患者预后不可忽视的因素^([1-2])。随着冠状动脉内影像学技术的发展,有研究发现冠状动脉支架术后内膜异质性的发生可能是引起支架内再狭窄的不利因素^([3-4]),目前内膜异质性现象逐渐受到研究者的重视。1内膜异质性概述支架内新生内膜形成是一个损伤修复的过程。
