摘要
激励人才向基层一线、艰苦地区和岗位流动具有重大现实及深远历史意义,是一项长效的制度安排。经过多年发展,我国引导人才向基层一线、艰苦地区和岗位流动的激励政策机制逐步形成并产生了明显成效,但面对新时期的发展需要,仍需要健全完善激励制度体系,进一步强化人才到基层一线、艰苦地区和岗位流动及就业的驱动力。
Incentive talents flow to grassroots, hard regions and jobs is of great realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance, and which is an effective institutional arrangement. After years of development, the incentive mechanism of guiding talents flowing to the grassroots, hard regions and jobs has been formed and produced remarkable effects.
