摘要
以亚磷酸三苯酯和双酚A为单体,在无催化剂条件下通过熔融缩聚合成得到含磷聚酯。分别通过差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪和微型量热仪研究了温度和反应时间对产物玻璃化转变温度、热稳定性和热释放速率的影响。结果表明,相同反应时间,较高温度所得产物具有更高玻璃化转变温度和更好的热稳定性。
Phosphorus-containing polyester was synthesized by bisphenol A and triphenyl phosphite as monomers through melt-polycondensation without using eatalysts. The effects of temperature and reaction time on the glass-transition temperature, thermal properties and heat release rate of the resulting phosphorus- containing polyester were studied by differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analyzer and micro calorimeter. The results showed that with the same reaction time, the product obtained at higher reaction temperature showed higher glass transition temperature and better thermal stability.
