摘要
自媒体的快速发展使得公众话语权得到了提升,也为医方话语权的实现带来了新的机遇和挑战,医方在塑造正面形象的同时,也接受着负面信息的冲击。随着自媒体时代话语权的变革,医方应增强媒介素养和话语权意识,文章合理有效地使用媒介资源,完善舆情应对机制,在法制大环境保障下,努力促成自身话语权的实现。
The rapid development of we-media enhances the discourse power of the public,it also brings opportunities and challenges for the discourse power of medical side.When the medical side creates a positive image through we-media,it accepts the impact of negative information as well.With the change of discourse power in we-media era,the medical side should improve its media literacy and sense of discourse power,and use media resources rationally and effectively,meanwhile it’s important to improve public opinion response mechanism and legal safeguard,all these measures can help medical side realize its discourse power.
