摘要
对金银花中绿原酸不同提取方法进行比较。分别采用药典方法、回流提取法、超声提取法、水煎法以及萃取与不萃取等不同处理方法提取金银花中的绿原酸。用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸含量,色谱柱Accurasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃。结果显示,不同提取方法对金银花中绿原酸的提取率影响较大,醇提回流提取不萃取所得绿原酸提取率最高为4.16%。
To compare the effects of different extraction methods on the extraction yield of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae, the pharmacopoeia method, reflux extraction, ultrasonic extraction, water decoction were used respectively. The content of chlorogenic acid was determinated by HPLC method. The chromatographic condition included a Accurasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column and the mobile phase consisting acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid, gradient elution, the flow rate of 1.0 m L/min and the column temperature of 30 ℃. The results showed that the effects of different extraction methods on the extration yield of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae were different, and the alcohol reflux extraction and non extract of chlorogenic acid is the highest, which was obtained in a yield of 4.16%.
