肿瘤标志物联合血清钙离子检测诊断早期肺癌骨转移37例 被引量：4

摘要 肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来肺癌的发病率和死亡率在许多发达国家,以及我国许多大中城市已跃居常见肿瘤之首[1]。肺癌骨转移是肺癌病情恶化的标志之一,如果能早期检测诊断,就能迅速做出对症治疗,从而改善疗效[2]。目前,人们对肺癌骨转移的诊断及治疗关注逐渐增多,但肺癌骨转移患者肿瘤标志物水平和肿瘤患者发生的继发性溶骨破坏的早期预测研究较少。
