摘要
变压吸附作为一种重要的气体分离、提纯技术,广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金等行业。吸附器是变压吸附装置中的核心设备,其特点是长期处于交变压力下操作,设计寿命一般为15~20年,压力循环变化总次数大多在30万~90万次,少数甚至超过百万次,是典型的疲劳载荷工况设备。近年来,个别石化和煤化工装置中的吸附器在投运前或运行中出现了开裂现象,文章针对这些现场的实际情况,分析导致开裂的原因,提出防范吸附器开裂的方法和措施。
As a primary technology for gas separation and purification,PSA is widely used in petrochemical and metallurgical industries.The absorber is the key equipment in PSA plant.It operates under long-term alternating pressures and has the design service life of 15~20years and bears the swing pressure load with the total times of 300,000 to 900,000,sometimes maybe more than 1,000,000 times.So,the absorber is typical fatigue load case equipment.In recent years,some absorbers cracked in individual petrochemical and coal chemical industry units before commissioning or during operation.According to the actual situations of the on-site cracked absorbers,this paper analyzes the causes for the cracks and presents the methods and measures for the prevention of absorber cracks.
