煤制氢装置皮带输送系统的维修周期预测与优化

摘要 为了对煤制氢装置皮带输送系统的维修周期进行预测和优化,设计了煤制氢装置皮带输送系统无故障运行时间的预测模型,并建立模型实施的应用步骤。应用实例表明,设计的模型有效、实用,可用来预测皮带输送系统的无故障运行时间。生产实践中,管理部门可以依据无故障运行时间的预测值安排皮带输送系统的预防性检修时间,如果再结合整套煤制氢装置生产任务的轻重缓急等信息对皮带输送系统的检修时间进行统筹及调度,即达到了优化皮带输送系统维修周期的目的。 In order to predict and optimize the maintenance cycle of coal to hydrogen plant with belt conveyor system,apredictive model of the plant for the uptime is designed and the application steps for the implementation of the model are set up.The application examples indicate that this model is effective and practical and it can be used to predict the uptime of the belt conveyor system.In production practice,management departments can schedule preventive maintenance work for belt conveyor system by the predicted value of uptime.If they combine the information on prioritized tasks of the entire coal to hydrogen plant with the co-ordinated preventive downtime for belt conveyor system,the purpose of optimizing maintenance cycle of the belt conveying system will be achieved.
