摘要
电解磨削作为一种电化学复合加工方法,广泛应用于难加工材料和复杂型腔零件的加工。对目前研究较多的几种电解磨削加工方法的相关工艺、理论、控制方法及应用情况的研究进展做了系统介绍,指出伺服控制是电解磨削的发展趋势。
As a special processing machining difficult materials, complex method ,electrochemical-mechanical grinding is cavity component. The research development process,theory,control method and application of electrolytic grinding compound widely used in of the related machining are systematically introduced and it is pointed out that servo control is the development trend of electrochemical-mechanical grinding is pointed out.
