摘要 目的 :了解儿童的饮食习惯 ,研究母亲文化程度对儿童饮食习惯的影响 ,为今后制定母亲的口腔健康教育计划提供基线资料。方法 :对湖北省宜昌市西陵区 8所小学 6岁年龄组 815名儿童的母亲进行问卷调查和分析。结果 :儿童的饮食以淀粉和纤维素为主 ,含糖类食品相对较少。母亲文化程度影响孩子进食频率的食品是加糖牛奶、可乐雪碧、奶糖、巧克力、不加糖牛奶、鸡蛋。除加糖牛奶外 ,母亲文化程度高的孩子进食高糖食品的次数较少 ,进食健康食品的次数较多 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :母亲文化程度影响儿童的饮食习惯。提示应加强儿童母亲的口腔健康教育 ,培养儿童建立合理的饮食习惯。 Objective: To study the relationship between mother education level and dietary habits of children. Methods: The data were collected from 815 mothers with six years old children in Hubei Yichang city by questionnaires. Results: The children diet was mainly starch and cellulose, with consumption of a little sugary foods and drinks. Mother education level had an influence on the frequency of consumption of foods and drinks, which were milk with sugar, Cola Sprite, sweet, chocolate, milk without sugar, rice and egg. Expect milk with sugar, for the children with higher mother education level, the frequency of consumption of sugary foods and drinks was fewer and of healthy foods was more (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mother education level is significant to children's dietary habits. This finding suggest that we should highlight mother's oral health education and cultivate children to establish reasonable dietary habit.
