摘要
目的分析医疗纠纷成因,从医院内部查找诊疗过程中存在的缺陷,探索防范措施。方法采取回顾性研究,对某三甲医院2012年-2014年结案的67例纠纷案例中存在的缺陷进行统计分析。结果医疗纠纷案例存在的缺陷中诊疗过程缺陷47.76%、医患沟通缺陷43.28%、病案书写缺陷17.91%及科室管理和科间协作缺陷8.96%,且往往有多个缺陷并存。结论正确理性的对待医疗纠纷,加强管理,规范诊疗行为,提高沟通能力,做好风险防范,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective To analyze causes of medical dispute, find the defects existing in the diagnosis and treatment process from the hospital internal, and explore the preventive measures. Methods Defects in 67 cases of dispute cases were analyzed by the retrospective study in a top three hospital from 2012 to 2014. Results The flaws of the medical dispute cases were diagnosis and treatment process defects 47.76%, doctor-patient communication defects 43.28%, medical record writing defects 17.91%, department of management and collaboration defect 8.96%, and often have more than one defect. Conclusion Rationally treat the medical disputes correctly, strengthen management and standard medical behavior, improve the ability to communicate, do a good job in risk prevention,and reduce medical disputes.
