摘要
旅游业成为山东半岛蓝色经济区的主导产业和优势产业,要保证其旅游业健康持续发展,有必要对蓝色经济区内旅游景区的绩效进行评价。本文运用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)结合专家咨询法(Delphi Technique),选取12个主要指标因子,建立山东半岛蓝色经济区景区(点)旅游绩效综合评价指标体系,并对山东半岛蓝色经区内的45个4A景区(点)和4个5A景区(点)的旅游业绩效进行评价。研究表明,山东半岛蓝色经济区内的各个景区(点)的社会绩效、经济绩效和生态绩效存在不同程度的差异,各景区的社会绩效指数、经济绩效指数、生态绩效指数发展并不平衡,各景区的经济绩效和生态绩效都普遍比社会绩效高,其中青岛市各景区的社会、经济、生态绩效都比其他景区要高,尤其以经济绩效最高,生态绩效次之。
Tourism industry has become the leading and strong industry in Shandong Peninsula Blue E‐conomic Zone .In order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of tourism industry ,it is neces‐sary to evaluate tourism performance of scenic spots in Blue Economic Zone .We selected 12 main index factors to build an integrated performance evaluation system for Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone by AHP and Delphi Technique .In the system we built ,the tourism performance of 45 Class 4A scenic spots and four Class 5A tourist attractions was investigated .Studies have shown that a varying degree of economic ,social and environmental performance existed at every scenic spot .Their economic ,social and environmental performance index was imbalanced at different scenic spots ,and their economic and ecologi‐cal performance was higher than economic performance .Among the scenic spots ,those in Qingdao had higher economic ,social and environment performance than that in other places ,especially economic per‐formance was the highest of all and ecological performance came second .
