摘要
目的探索对全科医师进行公共卫生技能培训,全面提高在健康管理、康复指导、营养管理、心理咨询等方面的能力,提升全科医师基本公共卫生服务的技能。方法采用除了以教师讲课为主的课堂教学外,还吸收目前在职教育有效的方法,如教师的学术讲座、以问题为中心的讨论课、学员参加社区或疾病控制中心的实践工作,进行调查和案例分析讨论等多种形式。结果通过对全区10个社区30名全科医师11个月360学时的培训,在"整体评价"方面,有70%以上学习效果达到了"很好",在"专业能力提升"方面,有99%的学员认为有帮助,在"实用性"方面,同样有99%的学员认为是"基本有用的",在"学科前沿先进水平"方面,有68%以上学员认为具有学科前沿水平。结论该技能培训的课程设置基本合理,能满足学员的实际需求,下一阶段将制定《社区全科医师公共卫生绩效考核评估方案》。对培训后的实际效果进行评估并进一步修改课程设置,使其更有效且实用。
[Objective ] To explore the public health skills training among general practitioners, improve their ability in health management, rehabilitation guidance, nutrition management and psychological counseling, and promote the skills of basic public health services in general practitioners. [Methods ] In addition to the classroom teaching by lecturers, the study was performed by using the effective ways of in-service education, which included the teachers" academic lectures, seminars, participating in the practice in the community or the center for disease control and prevention, as well as investigation and case analysis. [ Results ] 30 general practitioners from 10 communities received 360 hours of training in 11 months. Over 70% of practitioners thought that the learning effect is very good in the aspect of overall evaluation, 99% of practitioners believed that it is helpful in improving the professional ability, 99% thought that it is basically useful in the aspect of practicality, and over 68% of practitioners considered that it is in the frontier of discipline development. [Conclusion] The curriculum of this training is basically rational, and can meet the practical needs of students. In the next stage, it is necessary to develop the Program for performance evaluation and assessment of public health in community general practitioners, to evaluate the actual effect of the training and further modify the curriculum, so as to improve its effectiveness and practicality.
