摘要
应用型本科院校转型背景下,酒店管理专业实践教学具有十分重要的意义。酒店管理专业实践教学存在课程内容滞后且不完善、教学方法单一等问题,针对这些问题,提出了构建科学合理的酒店管理专业实践教学目标体系、建设和改革酒店管理实践教学教材和内容、融合多种实践教学方法等应用型酒店管理专业实践教学内容与方法的改革对策。
The practical teaching of the hotel management major is of great significance in the background of the applicationoriented college transformation. The professional practice teaching contents of the hotel management are outdated and imperfect and the teaching methods are monotonous. To solve these problems, the paper puts forward the reform countermeasures such as constructing scientific practical teaching objectives of hotel management major, reform the practice of the hotel management teaching materials and contents, combine various teaching methods of practical application about the hotel management professional practice teaching.
