摘要
目的:观察芪术益肝胶囊对免疫性肝损伤模型小鼠肝功能的影响,探讨其对抗免疫性肝损伤的作用机制。方法:60只小鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型组,联苯双酯组,芪术益肝胶囊高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组。除空白对照组外,其余各组制备免疫性肝损伤模型小鼠。空白对照组及模型组均用自来水2.5 g·kg-1灌胃;联苯双酯组用12 mg·kg-1的联苯双酯灌胃,芪术益肝胶囊高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组分别以含1 000 mg·kg-1、500 mg·kg-1、100 mg·kg-1的芪术益肝胶囊内容物的水溶液灌胃,各组均灌胃10 d。测定丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、肿瘤坏死转移因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)等指标。结果:芪术益肝胶囊能够降低模型小鼠血清中ALT、AST及MDA的含量,提高SOD活性,抑制TNF-α及IL-6释放。结论:芪术益肝胶囊对免疫性肝损伤模型小鼠具有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Qizhuyigan capsule on the immune injured liver function of model mice,and to explore the working mechanism of the anti-liver injury effect of Qizhuyigan capsule. Methods: Prepare immune liver injured model mice,to investigate the effects of Qizhuyigan capsule on the main physiological indexes of mice,such as alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,superoxide dismutase,malondialdehyde,tumor necrosis factor and interleukin. Results: The contents of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and MDA in serum of the model mice can be reduced by using of Qizhuyigan capsule,which also can improve the activity of superoxide dismutase,inhibit tumor necrosis factor and interleukin release. Conclusion: The effect of Qizhuyigan capsule on liver injured model mice was statistically significant.
