摘要
一般压力容器用膨胀节以单层单波为主,但某公司所引进的降膜式蒸发器,壳体使用了3波小刚度膨胀节,无法直接选用标准形式的大波高和小波高膨胀节。在充分研究原设备膨胀节有限参数基础上,结合膨胀节国家标准,特别是根据企业现有的工装模具规格,重新设计了能满足要求的3波小刚度膨胀节,并给出了详尽的制造技术要求。该膨胀节用于新制降膜式蒸发器上,经多年考验,运行良好,证明是成功的。
Generally, the expansion joint used in pressure vessel is with single layer and single-wave. But in one falling-film evaporator, three-wave small stiffness expansion joint is applied in its shell, so that large or small wave height standard ones could not be selected. Based on the parameters of original expansion joint and combined with Chinese expansion joint standard, especially taking the existed tools into account, three-wave small stiffness expansion joint was designed and detailed specification for fabrication was prepared. This expansion joint has been applied in falling-film evaporator for years, and it has a good performance. Thus Chinese production of this kind expansion joint has been proved to be successful.
