摘要
构建"适应需求、有机衔接、多元立交"的现代职业教育体系涉及多个利益主体,不同的利益主体有着不同的价值取向和利益诉求,致使主体间的博弈不可避免。文章凭借博弈理论分析现代职业教育中利益主体的关系,探讨在现代职业教育改革与发展产教融合规律的指引下,如何从当前非正和博弈转变为正和博弈状态,促进利益主体之间互利互惠,为体制机制创新、为职业教育汇聚更多资源、为现代职业教育更好发展献计献策。
In order to construct "attune to the needs, organic link building, multiple interchange" modern vocational education system and multiple stakeholders, and each shareholder have their own benefit appeals, so it leads to the unavoidable games between the stakeholders. This paper is intended to analyze the stakeholder' s relationship in modern vocational education, and explore the ways to change your condition from informal to formal game and to bring the stakeholders mutual benefit and reciprocity, so that a better innovation system and mechanism could be created, and profession educational resources could work together to promote the development of vocational education in China.
