摘要
采用HJ-III超声冲击机对AZ91D镁合金进行了超声冲击处理,研究了不同超声冲击工艺参数对AZ91D镁合金的显微组织、显微硬度、表层残余应力、耐腐蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明:经过超声冲击处理后,冲击层金属的组织变细,AZ91D镁合金的表面产生了残余压应力,显微硬度、耐腐蚀性能均有不同程度的提高。在冲击电流1.5 A,冲击时间9 min时,与未超声冲击试样相比,AZ91D镁合金表面显微硬度提高了112.5%,耐腐蚀性提高了61.04%。超声冲击带来的表层金属晶粒细化和残余压应力是提高AZ91D镁合金显微硬度和耐腐蚀性能的主要原因。
AZ91D Mg alloy was treated by using HJ- Ⅱt ultrasonic impact treatment machine. The effects of ultrasonic impact treatment parameters on microstructure, microhardness, residual stress on the surface and corrosion resistance were investigated. The test results indicate that the grain in the treated area is refined and residual compressive stress on the treated surface is formed. The microhardness and corrosion resistance increase to different degrees. When the ultrasonic impact treatment current is 1.5 A, and impact time is 9 min, compared with the untreated specimen, the microhardness and the corrosion resistance of treated specimen increase 112.5% and 61.04%, respectively. The main reason for promote the microhardness and corrosion resistance is grain refining and residual compressive stress which are induced by ultrasonic impact treatment.
