摘要 为探究干旱胁迫对几个不同蓝莓品种的影响,分别以南高丛中的夏普蓝、奥尼尔,北高丛的蓝丰以及兔眼系列的园蓝4个品种的蓝莓为材料进行干旱胁迫的模拟处理,分别测定了叶片的相对含水量、电导率、丙二醛含量、POD及SOD的活性等一系列的生理指标的变化情况。结果表明:4个蓝莓品种随着干旱胁迫程度的加深叶片的相对含水量呈下降趋势,相对电导率呈上升趋势,而丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、SOD及POD的活性呈先上升而后下降的变化趋势。在相对含水量、相对电导率、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量的变化情况分析得出园蓝较其他品种抗旱。综合指标分析抗旱性大小为园蓝>奥尼尔>蓝丰>夏普蓝。 In order to explore the effects of drought stress on different kinds of blueberry, the experiment takes four kinds of blueberry as study objects, including the sharp blue and o'neal from the south high-bush, bluecrop from the north high bush, and garden blue from the series of rabbit eye. The experiment simulates the process of drought stress and measures the changing of some physical signs that include the RWC, relative electrical conductivity, MDA content, and the activity of POD and SOD. The results indicate that with the degree drought stress increases, the four kinds of blueberry's RWC decreases and the relative conductivity rises, while the MDA content, soluble sugar content, activity of SOD and POD firstly rise and then decrease. Through the analysis of the changing situation of the physical signs, the article points out that the kind of garden blue has obvious advantages in drought stress. The comprehensive analysis proposes that the drought resistance index follows the sequence of garden blue 〉 o'neal 〉 bluecrop 〉 sharp blue.
