摘要
文章以凯里学院为例,调查了新建本科院校辅导员工作机制的现状,分析存在的问题,对优化辅导员工作机制建设,促进学生全面、健康、和谐发展等方面提出了对策和建议。
Newly built undergraduate colleges and universities, which are transformed and upgraded from the local colleges from the end of the 20th century to the early 21st century , due to build hospital time is short, the students scale development is rapid, the school of software and hardware facilities cannot satisfy the needs of the development of the teachers and students, therefore, as a student of newly - built universities and colleges of undergraduate course of managers and the organizers of the counselor team construction is particularly important. Counselors working mechanism is the bridge of school education to the student body and mind, so investigating the present situation of the newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities counselor working mechanism, find the existing prob- lems, and to optimize the counselor work mechanism construction, promote students comprehensive, healthy and harmonious development has the positive significance.
