不同强度游泳运动对高脂饮食大鼠脂肪组织脂联素、抵抗素蛋白表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察不同强度游泳运动对高脂饮食大鼠脂肪组织脂联素、抵抗素蛋白表达的影响,探讨其变化机制,从而更全面的认识不同强度游泳运动防治高脂饮食危害的机理。方法:SD雄性大鼠40只随机分为高脂饮食对照组(C)、高脂饮食小强度运动组(SE,负重3%游泳训练)、高脂饮食中等强度运动组(ME,负重6%游泳训练)和高脂饮食大强度运动组(HE,负重9%游泳训练)。C组不运动,SE组、ME组和HE组大鼠进行10周,每周6次,每次60分钟的游泳训练。10周末取材,比较4组大鼠体重、脂体比、血清TG、TC、FFA、ALT、AST水平、脂肪组织脂联素、抵抗素蛋白表达及它们的血清水平。结果:1)C组大鼠体重和脂体比显著高于SE、ME、HE3组进行不同强度游泳运动的大鼠(P<0.01),SE、ME两组大鼠体重和脂体比显著高于HE组大鼠(P<0.05)。2)C组大鼠血清TG、TC、FFA、ALT、AST水平均显著高于SE、ME、HE3组进行不同强度游泳运动的大鼠(P<0.01),SE组大鼠血清TG、TC、FFA、ALT、AST水平均显著高于ME、HE两组(P<0.05)。3)C组大鼠脂肪组织脂联素蛋白及其血清水平均显著低于SE、ME、HE3组进行不同强度游泳运动的大鼠(P<0.01),ME组大鼠脂肪组织脂联素蛋白及其血清水平显著高于SE、HE两组大鼠(P<0.01)。C组大鼠抵抗素蛋白及其血清水平均显著高于SE、ME、HE3组进行不同强度运动的大鼠(P<0.05),ME组大鼠抵抗素蛋白及其血清水平显著低于SE、HE两组大鼠(P<0.05)。结论:1)中等强度的游泳运动可显著提高高脂饮食大鼠脂肪组织脂联素蛋白的表达水平,降低脂肪组织抵抗素蛋白的表达水平。2)中等强度的游泳运动对防治高脂饮食危害的作用最为显著,其机制可能与运动影响脂肪组织脂联素、抵抗素蛋白表达有关。 Objective: The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effect of different intensity swimming training on the adiponectin and resistin in adipose tissue. Methods: 40 male SD rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups: high fat diet group( C); Rats in exercise groups were trained by swimming exercise with load of 3%( SE),6%( ME) and 9%( HE). Rats in exercise groups underwent swimming for 10 weeks( 60 min / day,6 days / week). At the end of the experiment,all mice were killed,and the blood,epididymal fat as well as perirenal fat were obtained. The adiponectin and resistin in adipose tissue were determined. Serum was test by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay. Results: 1) The weight increase of rats in exercise groups were lower than that in group C,and the highest intensity had the most obvious effect( P〈0. 01). 2) The serum TG,TC,FFA,ALT,AST in group C were the highest of the 4groups( P〈0. 01); Compared with groups ME,HE,the serum TG,TC,FFA,ALT,AST in group SE were lower( P〈0. 05). 3) The level of adiponectin in adipose tissue and the serum adiponectin of group ME were the highest,and of group C was the lowest. The level of resistin in adipose tissue and the serum resistin of group C were the highest,and of group ME was the lowest. Conclusion: Loading swimming exercise with proper intensity has good effect on adiponectin in adipose tissue,lowering the resistin in adipose tissue of rats fed with high fat diet. It is indicated that exercise played an active role in preventing excessive accumulation of fat induced by high fat diet.
