摘要
建立了电动汽车两挡AMT的最佳动力性、经济性换挡模式以及兼顾动力性和经济性的综合换挡模式,利用模糊控制理论,设计了一种基于加速度均值和加速度均方根的双换挡模式。基于Matlab/Simulink平台,建立了整车、AMT以及换挡模式等模型,以FDG6601EVG纯电动中巴为实例进行了仿真,对4种换挡模式进行综合性能对比分析,结果表明,综合换挡模式与双换挡模式均能兼顾到动力性和经济性,双换挡模式综合性能更优,相比于综合换挡模式,能耗减少11.1%,0~50 km/h加速时间减少了2.48%。
The power shift mode of best performance,fuel economy and the comprehensive shift mode which considering both performance and fuel economy of the two- speed AMT are built. A double shift mode based on the parameters of average acceleration and the acceleration square root is designed by using fuzzy control theory. On the basis of Matlab / simulink platform,the carload,AMT and shift modes are established. By simulating the battery electric bus FDG6601 EVG,a comprehensive comparison analysis of the four shift modes are carried out,the result shows that the comprehensive shift mode and double shift mode can give consideration to the performance of power and economy while the double shift mode is much better in comprehensive performance,compared to the comprehensive shift mode,the energy consumption reduced by 11. 1%,0 ~ 50 km / h acceleration time reduced by 2. 48%.
