摘要 本研究深入全面地探讨了国际学前教育师资培养的基本趋势、高职学前教育专业人才素质结构、高职学前教育专业人才培养目标、基于教师专业化理念的高职学前教育专业建设、高职学前教育专业课程设置、基于PDS理论的高职学前教育专业"全过程伙伴合作"人才培养模式、基于PDS理论的高职院校与幼儿园"伙伴合作"的质量保证策略等七个问题。提出了高职学前教育专业发展中区别于职业教育的基本理念,高职学前教育专业"全过程伙伴合作"的人才培养新模式,高职学前教育专业人才培养目标和素质结构,突出强调幼儿教师的专业性,并开展了全面的基于PDS理论的高职学教育专业人才培养实践创新。 This research comprehensively discusses the basic trend of international preschool education teachers training, the structure of talents and professional training objectives of higher vocational preschool education, specialty construction based on the concept of teacher professionalization, curriculum design, the "whole-course partnership" personnel training model based on the theory of PDS, quality assurance strategy of "partnership" between higher vocational colleges and kindergartens based on the PDS theory. The paper proposes the basic concept of preschool education different from vocational education, the new mode, the goal and the quality structure of the talent training in the professional development of preschool education. It emphasizes the professionalization of kindergarten teachers and the innovation of preschool education talent training based on PDS theory.
